15 questions with an archeologist

"This podcast is an interview show that seeks to ask as many archaeologists as possible the same 15 questions. These questions are designed to cover the areas in which archaeologists are most often queried. They are also designed to provoke thought and commentary on our profession" - From the site of 15 Questions with an Archaeologist

The archeology show

In over 150 episodes of the podcast, this podcast is certainly well established and comprehensive of the field of archaeology. I have enjoyed this podcast also for its unique talking points such as archaeology in pop culture, Paleo-indian projectile technology, Megan Fox teaching archaeology. Enjoy!

This podcast was cofounded by Chris Webster and Tristan Boyle.

Common descent

"Hello listeners! Welcome to Common Descent, a podcast (and blog!) about the fascinating diversity of life, past and present! We are David Moscato and Will Harris, paleontologists and science communicators, and we love talking about fossils, evolution, and life history! Each episode of the podcast focuses on a main topic requested by our listeners, plus some discussion about recent science news. This blog is where we put the extra stuff that doesn’t work in a podcast: pictures, names, and links to more information. When you want to dive deeper into the topic of a particular episode, this is the place to go. New episodes (and blog posts) release every fortnight, on Sundays!"
